LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

StoreMoreStore.com ("SMS") warrants to the original retail purchaser that SMS Sorter Products purchased on or after October 1, 2010 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns such SMS Sorter Product. This warranty is made solely to the original retail purchaser and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. This warranty is void for any damages to the Hamilton Sorter Product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, failure to comply with instructions furnished by SMS or any repair or alteration performed by anyone other than SMS or an authorized SMS Sorter Product Dealer.

Damage caused by common carrier during shipment is not included in this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SMS SORTER, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPERSS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

During this warranty period, if any SMS Sorter Products sold, which are subject to this warranty, prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use, within the warranty period set forth above, the purchaser must contact SMS in writing or by telephone who will arrange for inspection of such SMS Sorter Product by an authorized representative. The SMS Sorter representative after inspection will issue a return merchanise authorization (RMA) for such SMS Sorter Product. No SMS Sorter Product will be accepted for return unless prior authorization is obtained from SMS. SMS Sorter shall, at its option either (1) repair such SMS Sorter Product free of charge or (2) replace such SMS Sorter Product free of charge. SMS will pay all shipping charges associated with the authorized return, repair and/or replacement of a defective SMS Sorter Product. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SMS SORTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, FOR BREACH OF REPUDIATION OF ANY OTHER TERM OR CONDITION OF SALE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
