Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy


We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable shipping method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We recommend you to track your package online or on the phone with the freight carrier. Most freight companies can provide an estimated delivery date when provided with the tracking number. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

Free Shipping Items -

Free shipping will be honored on products listed or advertised as "Free Shipping" in the continental 48 contiguous states. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Small Parcel Shipments -

Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping for smaller shipments. Depending on your location, your item will arrive in one to six business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) from ship date.

Large and Heavy Truck Freight Shipments –

We use truck freight carriers for products too large and heavy small parcel shipments. Truck freight shipments usually take between 3 and 10 days from when your order ships from our facility. Trucking companies make standard deliveries between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock/curbside delivery only. This means the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but is not required to assist you in unloading or bringing the merchandise inside your facility. Curbside delivery means it is the responsibility of the customer who is receiving the shipment to have the means to unload by (fork lift or loading dock). Should you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, additional charges may apply. Call us toll free 1-855-786-7667 if you have a question or need a quote for inside delivery. Residential delivery may not be available in some areas. StoreMoreStore is not responsible if the product cannot be unloaded off the truck. Truck drivers are not deemed responsible to help unload the product off the truck. If the driver or customer cannot unload the product it will be brought back to the shipping depot. The customer is responsible for making a 2nd delivery attempt and will be charged accordingly. Please note if you operate your business out of residential address you will be charged for the additional costs of delivering to a residential address. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make an appointment, please contact the truck freight carrier after receiving your tracking number from StoreMoreStore. Your order will be delivered to your loading dock, driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided on your order. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product(s) from the truck to the inside of your facility or home.

Additional Truck Freight Services -

When your merchandise leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking information. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services. Some truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your facility or home. Services may include:

  • Trucks with lift gates for facilities and homes without a receiving dock
  • Scheduled deliveries (usually within a 2-4 hour time window)
  • Inside delivery
  • Unpacking and debris removal

Inspecting Your Shipment -

We take extra steps to make sure your item is delivered in perfect condition but sometimes freight damage occurs. Please thoroughly inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If part of your shipment is missing, or if any box has any sign of possible damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Shortage" or "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Failure of customer to mark the delivery agent's sheet for shortage or damage will result in forfeiture of any product replacement.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
