LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR STAND ALONE AND DESKTOP SORTERS

The manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser that Stand Alone and Desktop Sorter Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns such product. This warranty is made solely to the original retail purchaser and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. This warranty is void for any damages to the product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, failure to comply with instructions furnished by the manufacturer or StoreMoreStore or any repair or alteration performed by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorized StoreMoreStore Dealer.

Damage caused by common carrier during shipment is not included in this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

During this warranty period, if any StoreMoreStore Products sold, which are subject to this warranty, prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use, within the warranty period set forth above, the purchaser must contact StoreMoreStore in writing or by telephone who will arrange for inspection of such StoreMoreStore Sorter Product by an authorized representative. The StoreMoreStore Sorter representative after inspection will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for such StoreMoreStore product. No StoreMoreStore product will be accepted for return unless prior authorization is obtained from StoreMoreStore. StoreMoreStore shall, at its option either (1) repair such StoreMoreStore Sorter Product free of charge or (2) replace such StoreMoreStore Product free of charge. StoreMoreStore will pay all shipping charges associated with the authorized return, repair and/or replacement of a defective StoreMoreStore product. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER OR STOREMORESTORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, FOR BREACH OF REPUDIATION OF ANY OTHER TERM OR CONDITION OF SALE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
