The full length index channel allows plenty of room for those long names and titles. The full length name label is encased in the index channel with a snap on clear plastic cover to protect the label from falling off and dirt. Your shipment includes enough white name labels for each sorter shelf. Optional colored name labels (ten optional colors) can be purchased to color code your sorting shelves for quick and accurate recognition of your desired shelf. We provide Excel/Word indexing template software (free of charge) for consistent and professional name labels.
