StoreMoreStore warrants the original purchaser of hanging suspended compartments handmade using triple-folded heavy duty 140# kraft paper. Label holders are riveted in position. Metal snaps allow compartments to be linked quickly while standing up to the punishment of day-to-day commercial use. There aren’t many products available which carry a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty, especially when they are made from paper!

Our economical Unifile hanging files carry a three year warranty against defects. Unifile is manufactured to the highest standards, but on high speed machinery. Plastic snaps link folders together and Unifile’s 3 year warranty ensures you will recoup your investment many times over during your use of these products.

This warranty does not include defects to the product resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, normal wear, neglect, unauthorized repair or alteration. The purchase of this product shall constitute purchaser’s agreement that the sole remedy for any breach of warranty shall be such repair or replacement as expressly provided above. StoreMoreStore in no event shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever.

Damage caused by common carrier during shipment is not included in this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY STOREMORESTORE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

During this warranty period, if any StoreMoreStore Sorter Products sold, which are subject to this warranty, prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use, within the warranty period set forth above, the purchaser must contact StoreMoreStore in writing or by telephone who will arrange for inspection of such StoreMoreStore Sorter Product by an authorized representative. The StoreMoreStore Sorter representative after inspection will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for such StoreMoreStore product. No StoreMoreStore product will be accepted for return unless prior authorization is obtained from StoreMoreStore.
